Emerying
Complementary serviceIt is one of the finishing processes that allow for the creation of a characteristic, exceptionally soft covering on the surface of the product. Knitted fabrics intended for hoodies, T-shirts, dresses or hats are often subjected to emerying. This treatment achieves the so-called "skin peach" effect. We also offer the possibility of one-sided smuggling on woven products.

Enzyme treatment
Complementary serviceThis treatment allows for the removal of fibres responsible for the roughening of the fabric's surface. It also affects the softness and drape of the textile product and the quality of digital printing. Enzyme treatment is recommended for cotton products or those with a blend of elastane.

Fleece
Comprehensive serviceFleece knitted fabrics are known for their thermal insulation and hydrophobic properties. Made from synthetic fabrics, fleece fabrics in various weights and colours maintain their properties even when in contact with water. They are particularly popular in sportswear production.

Frotte
Comprehensive serviceExtremely absorbent cotton knitted and terry fabrics are used to produce products such as children's clothing and accessories, towels and bed linen. Even after repeated washing, products made of this kind of fabric, retain their properties.

Eco-friendly: lower consumption of water, electricity and gas in the processing process and a reduction in the amount of dye while maintaining high-quality color saturation.

Luper (Thermofrotté)
Comprehensive serviceLuper is a terry-like knitted fabric characterised by short loops on the surface and a soft underside that undergoes a brushing process. It is an excellent raw fabric for the production of children's assortment or bathrobes. It is an excellent raw material for the production of children's products or bathrobes.

Macro-silicone softening finish
FinishingImproving appearanceA wide range of macro silicone softeners, selected for specific types of fibres, provides the ability to achieve the desired softness effect. Macro molecules covering the surface of textiles create a pleasant, flowing, and velvety touch. This finish can be applied to all types of knits and fabrics, improving their hydrophilicity and drapability.

Mercerization
Complementary serviceThe main advantage of mercerization is the increased tensile strength and resistance to deformation, as well as giving a shine to cotton and viscose fabrics. This process also improves the fabric's absorption properties. The product gains better quality and attractive appearance. We offer mercerization for both knitted and woven fabrics.

Micro-silicone softening finish
FinishingImproving appearanceA softening agent (micro silicone) for all types of fabrics and knits, allowing for softness, a pleasant touch, and improved drapability of the product. A softening agent (micro silicone) for all types of fabrics and knits, allowing for softness, a pleasant touch, and improved drapability of the product.

Napping
Complementary serviceThe purpose of this process is to achieve a fuzzy surface (nap) on the product. The final effect of napping depends on the structure of the product and its intended use. Through appropriate mechanical fibre treatment during the napping process, a soft covering characteristic of flannel, velvet, or cotton suede is obtained.

Polyethylene softening finish
